mutegrey is a one-person studio based in Portugal, run by a software developer as a side practice. The work — brutalist sculptures in concrete and 3D-printed plastic — draws from Yugoslavian spomeniks and beton brut architecture, scaled from civic monuments down to objects that fit on a shelf or a desk.

Each piece starts as a 3D model, printed in plastic to create a silicone mould. Concrete is cast by hand, cured, sanded, and finished with gouache. Plastic versions are printed directly. Every piece is made to order.

The Monument Series (six original pieces, inspired by Balkan spomenik forms) anchors the collection alongside functional objects: a Soap Dish, a Catchall Bowl, a Vase, and a Lamp with embedded electronics.
