Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase of sculptures from mutegrey. All pieces are made to order. Production begins after payment confirmation.

Custom sizing is available up to 250mm in any dimension while maintaining the original proportions. Final dimensions will be scaled proportionally if the requested size exceeds the maximum.

Delivery times are estimates based on production time plus shipping. Concrete pieces require curing time and may take longer than plastic.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
