Returns & Refunds

Because each sculpture is made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the damage. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.

If the piece does not match your order specifications (wrong material, dimensions outside tolerance), we will remake it at no charge.
